CHILDREN’S BIRTHDAY PARTY POLICY

 

It is the intent of the pool to provide the maximum use of the pool services and facilities to all members on an individual basis provided it does not adversely affect the use of the pool by the membership in general.

 

It should be understood that planned events and special events of the pool will always take PRIORITY over individual party requests.  Birthday parties must not interfere with the general use of the pool by members.

 

Members permitted to have parties at the pool are responsible for the order and conduct of their guests.  They are responsible for instructing their guests about pool rules, procedures and must assists in maintaining proper conduct.  They are responsible for the cleanliness of the areas which they use.

 

THE FOLLOWING RULES ARE ESTABLISHED TO BE USED AS GUIDELINES BY THE POOL MANAGER TO AUTHORIZE BIRTHDAY PARTIES.

 

  1. Request must be made at least one week in advance so as not to conflict with other pool activities.
  2. All members and guest must sign in.
  3. Each non-member will pay the $5.00 guest fee if swimming.
  4. Parties may be any day.
  5. Parties should not exceed 3 hours in length.
  6. Parties are limited to 20 guests.
  7. Activities will normally be limited to the pavilion area and the pool.

 

The Pool Manager is authorized to approve requests which strictly abide by these guidelines.  Any exceptions must be directed to the Board of Directors.
